If you get this message in Windows 10:
"Windows could not finish configuring the system. To attempt to resume configuration, restart the computer."
To solve this, follow these steps:
- Hit Shift+F10, Command Prompt will open
- Enter command: cd oobe
- Enter command: msoobe
Sysprep would continue as normal.
